The neighborhood is extremely quiet, safe and residential. It is in the center where you can find everything you are looking for, there are shopping centers, restaurants, supermarkets and it also has markets where you can do your daily shopping.
There is also public transport 24/7 at the door.
Also about 7 blocks away from the house you will find the emblematic Parque Bolívar, the most beautiful park in the city that has a replica of the Eiffel Tower, has playgrounds, ice cream parlors, weekend activities and many other things.
