This beautiful home is located in a beautiful cliff-side community, you can enjoy views of the red cliffs and city lights. Endless Summer is a spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with well stocked kitchen. Being on the 3rd floor you get to enjoy the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets in the evening on the balcony! You'll have views of the Southern Utah red mountains, Pine Valley caps, and city lights at night. This unit also offers you easy elevator access.

Las Palmas is located very close to the world-famous bike trails like Bear Claw Poppy, Zen and Barrel Roll. Rock climbing at the GAP is also right there. The amenities with indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball as well as right next to the Skate Park (Rinq) and nearby paved riding trails.

Minutes away from shopping/theaters, sporting activities, restaurants and other tourist attractions such as Coyote Gulch art community, Tuacahn Amphitheater and Zion National Park, this property also has the convenience of a community pool and its amenities. You'll find local events and charming shops. Enjoy the many outdoor sports such as swimming, golfing, tennis/pickle ball, skiing, boating, mountain biking and hiking.

Parking: This condo has a garage you're welcome to park in front of. Additional unnumbered parking spaces are available around the community. A small trailer may be parked in a stall but must be un-hitched from the vehicle.

Nice condo.

Condo was great for 3 adults and 2 teen baseball players down for a tournament. Pool was a close walk. Fantastic view from the very large deck. Great access to a number of mountain bike trails, I just rode from the condo.

Perfect for a family of 6!!!

Our family loved this condo and the amenities. It was perfect for our older teens and our 5 year old. We will be checking this listing for availability when we come back again.

Perfect place!

Stayed @ this condo for 2 weeks while my husband played softball in the Huntsman World Senior Games. So clean, great location, updated, comfortable beds, beautiful view from 3rd floor balcony. Kitchen was perfectly stocked. Host was easy to communicate with. Resort has elevators, which is great for senior citizens.

Vaisselle disponible. De tout pour faire à manger. Belles piscines. Pickelball. De tout pour s'amuser. Très propre. Wifi perdu pour 12 hres mais panne de secteur. Très disponible pour tenter de réparer. J'y retourne sans problème.
