About this property

Each air conditioned villa has a full kitchen, including dishwasher, comfortable furnishings, high ceilings, luxurious appointments such as teak floors, custom bedroom 'barn' doors, slate tile in bathrooms, dual shower heads and gorgeous granite sinks. Each villa has wifi and a smart tv with Netflix. The unique round design gives guests 360° views of the island and surrounding ocean. A large teak table expands to seat 12 between the two villas. 'Sunset' has its expanded deck section with comfortable furnishings facing west to view sunsets, while 'Sunrise' faces east to watch the sunrise. There is a 12-person spa and sundeck, patio area with fire-pit, and separate swing and play set for children.

Brilliant accommodation and location.

Modern home in perfect condition with new appliances AND a heated plunge pool/ jacuzzi. Each of the two units have a golf cart. The staff live on the ground floor and are at hand to assist. We will be back.

Coral and Brian Lowe created Layin' Low with lots of hard work and love so guests can experience island life in comfort. They also operate L & C Island Rentals on Staniel Cay offering several sizes of rental boats for guests to add to their rental.

Why they chose this property

Staniel Cay has always been close to the family's heart, as Coral spent much of her growing up years on the island at Serenity. There are very few properties on the island that offer four bedrooms with high-end features at a reasonable price. Layin' Low is designed for large families or families traveling together. Great care was taken to provide outstanding woodwork, cabinetry, design and features. Now the spacious hot tub spa, sundeck, fire-pit patio and separate play set for kids make it a fabulous choice for families.

What makes this property unique

Layin' Low, while not directly on the water, provides fantastic views of the island, ocean and area, with guests only minutes to many beaches, the village and restaurants.
