Welcome To Egeland`s Escape!

Surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, activities for the kids, and, of course, the beach, this family-oriented condominium offers convenience at your fingertips.

This two-bedroom, one-bath condominium sleeps 6. The primary bedroom has a King bed, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, and there is a queen pull-out sofa bed in the main living area. From the kitchen, you can access the shared balcony, and the kitchen is ready for cooking family meals.

Enjoy the outdoor pool and shared grilling area. There is also assigned covered parking. Passes are $45 each with a 2-vehicle max. Walk across the street for public beach access or if you prefer to cross at a crosswalk, you can walk to the Hangout and cross there. You are so close to the Pink Pony, the Hangout, and many great shops! Come and enjoy your Escape to the beach!

*** Dog Friendly. Subject to pre-approval. A $125 non-refundable fee will apply for each dog. Max of 2, 30 lbs. each of less.

*** Minimum age requirement is 25 to reserve, and must be present the entire stay.

*** This is a non-smoking property * No smoking in the property, on the balconies or on-premises.

*** $90.00 for two parking passes. Only two vehicles will be allowed per the HOA. Please note that the HOA sets the cost of parking passes and is subject to change without notice.

This place really needs updating. The paint is falling of the ceiling, flooring needs replacing, rusty deck chairs, tile in bathroom needs replacing.

Beach value stay

The property had quite a few areas.that.coukd use some.attention. Ceiling in only bathroom coming apart. There were cigarette butts all over the patio shared with the condo.beside us and we don't smoke. That patio door was left unlocked when we came in for.our stay so.whoever.stayed.next to us before we arrived could have had access to the unit. When we took out the pull out couch to sleep on there were crumbs, sand and crackers all over the mattress cover. Other than that, the place had a nice set up. You can't beat the proximity to the beach for the reasonable price we paid to stay.

Great Place!

We really enjoyed staying here. It is older but updated. It had everything we needed except a hairdryer. Was really nice to have a couple beach chairs and umbrella to use! The only negative thing I could say is the pullout couch bed was very uncomfortable so I would not rely on that to sleep on but the actual couch was comfy to sleep on according to my 9yo son! Centrally located to beach and restaurants and within walking distance to almost everything! We would stay here again.

Great Stay

Nicely furnished, clean, centrally located, parking directly below condo! GREAT WI-FI! With 3 kids, this is an absolute must! They have already mentioned this was the best vacation ever, because of the WiFi! Will definitely look for this spot again when visiting Gulf Shores.
