A king bed suite that includes a chaise lounge that faces a floor to ceiling picture window overlooking the beach. A private balcony that is accessible from the den or from the master bedroom is a perfect spot for your morning coffee, a refuge from the midday sun or a place to enjoy your evening meal. The second bedroom features two full size beds making room for the whole family.
A nice fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare your meals and room for all of your groceries. The spacious dining area and den are a great place to hangout as a group or family, watch tv or take a nap. The bedrooms are down the hallway away from the main den, for privacy and quiet. You come here for the sun, the water and the amenities and we are not lacking any of them. Bring your own beach chairs and umbrella or rent them on site.
After an incredible refacing of the entire exterior of Broadmoor, the pool, pool deck and hot tub are re-opening and better than ever. Once you get here you may not want to leave. When you are ready to venture out, you are so close to so much. So many of the areas best restaurants are within 5 minutes of Broadmoor, not to mention The Flora-Bama, Perdido Pass and departure points for world class fishing excursions as well as dolphin cruises. Shop at The Wharf or see some of the biggest names in music at the Wharf Amphitheater just 15 minutes away. Golf courses, outlet malls, the zoo, OWA - the list goes on and all are so close. Construction in the parking garage will begin on June 12, 2023, and approximately 12-15 parking spaces will be unavailable. All parking is first come-first serve, with guest overflow parking provided by Legacy Key across the street with a valid Broadmoor parking pass. Parking on the road shoulder at any time is prohibited by the City of Orange Beach. The estimated time of impact will be through August 1, 2023. The tennis courts will also be closed during this same time frame while the structural assessment takes place
