Bright Bachelor Basement Suite in Trendy Inglewood
This fully furnished, bright suite with a separate entrance was affordable and well appointed. Attentive landlord and friendly neighbourhood. Four-star due to no in-suite laundry (but a few laundromats to choose from all located within 6 minute drive of apartment). Low ceilings typical of basement apartments. Perfect for minimalist living (efficient, small space). Quick access to City Centre. Walk to Spolombos and Bite Groceteria on trendy 9th Ave., Inglewood Sunfest and neighbourhood block parties, outdoor live music events throughout the summer. Short run to access Bow River Pathway for running/cycling by the junction of the Bow and Elbow Rivers - beautiful, well maintained trails even in winter weather!! Highly recommend you live here as it is close to major attractions like Riverfront Park, Calgary Zoo, Stampede Grounds, Calgary Tower. Best if you have a vehicle to assist with laundry/grocery duties.
