Christmas 2018 - 21/12 to 28/12 up to 11:00 for R $ 2. 500,00 - rented

New Year's Eve 2019 - from 28/12 to 01/01 up to 11:00 for R $ 5.000,00 - Rented

From January 3 to February 28:
Weekly R $ 2.200,00
Friday to Sunday or Monday to Friday until 10:00 for R $ 1,200.00 (additional days R $ 300.00).

Carnival 2019: 5 days for R $ 3. 000,00

Eduardo super atencioso, prestativo e nos ajudou muito tendo em vista que chegamos na cidade e descobrimos um golpe do imóvel que alugamos há meses. Imóvel Praticamente sem uso ainda, proprietário muito atencioso e prestativo,recomendo a qualquer um, tinha utensílios embalados ainda, pertinho da praia, e isento de qualquer inseto, quadra de esportes novinha piscina do prédio zerada, a Varanda conta com churrasqueira muito bom mesmo completo. O Proprietário mora no prédio ao lado sempre que solicitado ele chega em 2 minutos.
