We recently updated our condo with our visitors in mind - we hope you'll make our home part of your annual vacation traditions. You can even catch a little glimpse of the beach from our balcony. We have a peek-a-boo view of the beach, and an even better view of the beautiful grounds at Bahia Mar!

*Padre Island Rentals has a free towel and linen exchange for towels and linens provided by Padre Island Rentals; this is located on the east side (beachside) of the Padre Island Rentals building. Exchange hours are between 11 am and 3 pm daily.

*BBQ Grills can be rented at the front desk inside the tower. Grills are set up in the designated grilling area. First come, first served. Daily rentals are from 9:30 AM until 10:00 PM. Small Grill is $37.89 & Large Grill is $48.71.

-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 am to 3 pm.
-Laundry detergent is available upon request at the off-site Guest Welcome Center.
-Keep balcony railings free from clothes and linens.
-Pets are not allowed at this rental. Service animals are always welcome.
-Under HOA and rental-owner rules, this rental is unavailable to college-age Spring Break groups. Spring Break groups in neighboring properties may affect general noise levels.
-Access to this property requires the use of stairs.
