Easy check in process.
Easy check in process. Nice clean condo. Fantastic views of the ocean. Would definitely stay again.
Chaos on the front
Check in is ridiculous. There has to be a better way than everyone checking in at 4. There was no way to get into the parking lit. No way to get on the elevator. No way to get in the building to check in. It was not pleasant, especially with 2 cancer patients in tow. They needed to get inside and we couldn't even get to the door let alone to the elevator. Stagger check in times. Do something to make this easier.
The shower curtain liner in the master bath was stained with black mold. Unacceptable for the money paid.
The glass table as soon as you walk in is a safety hazard for old people and children. It impedes walking. Also , we had constant problems with other guest leaving carts and buggies in the walkway outside their condos impeding the ability of me getting the handicap people I took on this trip. We were never able to use handicapped parking. Frequently had to park across the street. Couch and chairs were very uncomfortable to sit in.
Positives were nice cookware selection, dinnerware selection. View was beautiful. Nice beach access. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. . Beds were comfortable.
The condo is clean and in a grate proximity to the beach but we did have an issue.
The condo is clean and in a grate proximity to the beach but we did have an issue. The first patio chair I sat in broke when I sat on it. It cracked right down the middle. The second patio chair was so flimsy the legs spread out if you sat on it during the heat of the day and you would end up sinking onto the ground also. I reported it and no one ever came to take the broken chair away or to check to see if I was okay when it broke and I fell. I weigh about 185 pounds so the patio furniture should have held up better.
Garden city vacation alaya towers 1406
Location was pretty close to everything but still out of the way of hustle and bustle. .5 mile to the pier with live bands nightly during summer. Place was clean. Furniture was a little old but it worked. I would go again for the price. Over all good vacation
We had a great time at this condo and it had everything we needed. The oceanfront view was beautiful and there was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable and not crowded. Overall it was awesome, but the only small complaint was that the furniture in the den is pretty outdated and not very comfortable to sit in. Only one couch, and 3 hard, uncomfortable side chairs to sit in made it challenging for our group to relax and watch tv together.
Unit 1406 atalaya
Unit was clean when we arrived. Paper products were appreciated. Vaccuums need updated.
Good to hear that your found the condo clean and satisfactory. We will check the vacuum cleaner. Thanks again, hope you will stay with us again soon.
