About this property

The Regency is a great community to stay at and it's in a prime location close to everything.
They have a pool, shuffle board, tiki Hut, jacuzzi, clubhouse with a kitchen and pool table, and get togethers every day for different events. Bingo, wine tasting, shuffleboard tournaments, happy hour every day, live music, pancake breakfeast and much more!
Very spacious 3 bedroom 2 full bath condo on the second floor. Seating on the balcony with tables and chairs
Only 7 miles to the beach and close to shopping, restaurants, malls, downtown, Sanibel, Jet Blue Stadium, parks and lots of other places.
The Regency is usually fully booked every year and this is one of very few 3 bedroom units.
