In a 450 m2 plot, the house has a fully equipped kitchen allowing guests to prepare their meals. They can also use the barbecue house amenities and the outdoor meal area in the garden.

The city of Aveiro is 10 minutes by car. 15 meters from the house there is bus stop with hourly buses for Aveiro. Fast access, by the highway to the city of Porto that is 1 hour by car. Sá Carneiro Airport is 1 hour and a half of the house.
The house is located between Ria de Aveiro and the famous beach of Barra. 100 meters from the house, guests can visit Wednesday, free of charge, the largest lighthouse in Portugal.
They can find bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacy, various shops, tobacco, restaurants 50 meters or 100 meters from the house.
