Other outdoor treasures waiting to be discovered are a covered patio area equipped with a gas grill and a shady, tree-covered dining/lounge area.

Inside entertainment abounds in the game room featuring Ping-Pong and a foosball table. Comfortable sofas and a smart TV set the scene for casual downtime. Updated cabinets and major appliances will inspire plenty of home cooking opportunities.

The home is within walking distance of High Desert Park, and Downtown Palm Springs is only three miles south. You won't have to look far for great golf options with renowned destinations like Indian Canyons, Tahquitz Creek, Cimarron, and Escena Golf Club, all within easy reach of home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
