Upstairs cozy welcoming unit! This is a one bedroom with loft, one bathroom (sleeps up to 6) condominium in town near the Sierra Star Golf Course. The convenience of walking to the town for shopping (Vons and others) and dining. A shuttle stop is right across from the condo on Meridian Blvd for direct access to the Eagle Lodge Express Ski Lift Area.
This second story unit is with 2 levels. Walk up one flight of stairs (outside) to enter the unit and there are two levels in the unit. The entry-way nook is the perfect place to settle in after an adventure-filled day and take off your shoes (or boots)! The first floor has the master bedroom, 1 full bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room. The second floor is the loft which is open to the living room by a half wall. The bedroom window and the front door face the street side to Meridian Blvd. The bedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom in the hallway just outside the bedroom. The upstairs loft has 1 queen and 2 twin beds.
With all the comforts of home, the spacious, vaulted ceiling living room boasts a beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace, a flatscreen TV for your entertainment. NO sofa bed in the living room. The dining room has seating for 5 with a breakfast bar that can seat 3. The kitchen is equipped with all of the conveniences to cook a simple meal for the family for the vacation stay.
The common area amenities include: hot spa, dry sauna, restrooms with showers, game room with pool table, ping pong table and coin-operated laundry facility. In the summer you have access to BBQ areas throughout the complex and a tennis court next to the swimming pool. *Common area facility hours, availability, and conditions are subject to change without notice.
Important Note about PARKING:
Two unassigned outdoor parking spots at the complex parking lot. Guests will be provided two parking passes during ski season. Condo is NOT right next to the parking lot. Convenient street parking is in front of the condo during summer time (mid-April to mid-Nov). No street parking during winter and/or when it's snowing, but it's OK to street parking for unload/load only.
Important Note about the CONDO LOCATION:
Our condo is located on a busy street. It's convenient to the town shops and free shuttles to the slopes, but it also has some inconvenience with road noise. The parking lot is not directly next to the condo. Due to the snow buildup, the sidewalk will be closed during winter time. You will need to walk by the side of the street to get to the car in the complex parking lot. If it's snowing, the snow plower will plow the snow in the early morning passing through the street where the condo is located.

>This condo is located on floor 2 with NO elevator. Not handicap accessible. Outdoor stairs to enter the unit. Steep indoor stairs to the loft area.
>The internet at Mammoth Lakes may not be reliable.
>No early check-ins or late check-outs, especially during the holidays.
>Remember to bring your pool towels since we only provide regular towels for your stay.
>While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided.
