This condo is located in Surfside Beach just 1.5 miles to the closest beach access. This tidy condo includes a full eat in kitchen and comfortable living room to relax and enjoy family time.

The Space:
There is a very spacious primary bedroom with king bed and an en suite bathroom, spacious closet and separate exterior entrance. The 2nd bedroom boasts 2 full beds and a hall bathroom. Located inside Grand Palms, this condo is quietly tucked away but right in the middle of Surfside Beach, "The Family Beach" and close to excellent restaurants and fun beach activities!

The Neighborhood:
Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Grand Palms at Deerfield is right in the middle of Surfside Beach with easy access to restaurants, shopping and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target and Walmart within 3 miles or 10 minutes drive. Some of our favorite restaurants like the Wooden Spoon (brunch spot), Surfside Pizza (downtown Surfside), The Bar-B-Q House and Johnny D's Waffles (breakfast and brunch) are right around the corner. There are additional restaurants and great shopping destinations in the Market Common where you can stroll the night away with the whole family. Don't forget to check out our Guidebook on Airbnb!!

Getting Around:
Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. You can rent a gas powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far and there is access to get to amenities and the beach by golf cart during the day. Please no electric carts as there aren't charging stations.

Other Things to Note:
We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry and dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting beach umbrellas and chairs locally to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Great trip!

No access to pool and ants in the place

I understand we knew ahead of time that there was no access to the pool, but this was difficult for us with 2 kids. The place is not located close to the beach and without one or the other, it left for some boring evenings. The master bathroom was loaded with ants and we had to change lightbulbs in order to see in the kids bedroom. We ended up leaving a day early.

Pleasant stay

nice if you want peace and quiet. Good stay for relaxing and enjoying relaxing in your own space. A home feel with privacy to match, unlike a hotel.

So convenient!

We rented the house for almost a week we were in town for a wedding the house was very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had 7 ppl stay with us and everyone was comfortable. Location is great right by everything you want. Helicopter rides, beach, ice cream the list goes on. Highly recommend for the money.
