The property was accurately described and pictures accurate. Nice place and good location that was close to everything. TV's were upgraded from picture. The place was clean and well stocked. I thought it was a very reasonably priced. We loved the upstairs that had a private bedroom, bathroom and living room with TV and Air Conditioning. Would definitely rent again.
Spent a week fishing the cape. House worked great for us. Room for two cars and two 17’ boats on trailers. Nice deck. Some of the house and furniture is a bit dated but that didn’t affect our week. Staff responded quickly to a question about the internet modem. Having stayed in non-air conditioned houses in the past, the window AC units were nice to have in all the rooms, and a necessity upstairs.
The home was cozy and a match with the listing online. We enjoyed the layout of the house for our family of 4. It appears work is being done, but it was not disruptive to our stay. Looking forward to seeing the improvements. Thank you for a nice visit to lovely Eastham.
Adorable house with the added bonus of a bedroom, large living room and bathroom upstairs. This allowed for a relaxing vacation with teenagers who desperately need a little space of their own.
The kitchen was well stocked, the furniture comfortable and the deck added even more living space.
It was a lovely space to come home to after a day at the beach.

Reviewer Comments:
The Good- Very quiet neighborhood. Great location, nicely wooded and secluded- House was in the process of being updated. (which is great but see below)- Air conditioners made ground level very comfortable.- Kitchen was well stocked.- Nice deck area for relaxing/eating/etc.- Lots of room to spread out.- Oceanview was very accommodating and understanding with my Covid concerns and questions- Great seafood restaurants nearby - Arnold's Clam Bar and Moby Dicks in Wellfleet (Moby Dicks in particular was outstanding)- Nice gas grill with a full propane tank The not so good- The second floor of the house got VERY hot during the day even with air conditioners on full. Upstairs needs to be insulated to keep out the heat. At night and in the morning when temps were cooler, it was comfortable. - Outdoor shower was not hooked up. Very disappointing. - Some of the pictures of the interior did not match. Some of them showed old furniture. - I wish I knew before committing to rent that work was being done on the house. It was a nice overall stay but please relay these comments to the home owner. I would recommend this property to others if the concerns above were addressed.
