Other things to note:

Please note that a security deposit of $800 will be charged. This security deposit will be released no later than 7 days after the end of the stay. You will receive all access codes to the property once all documents have been duly filled out. A valid ID is required.

Small dogs only accepted. No other animals. Additional fees apply.

Propane and BBQ snow removal are not guaranteed in the winter period. Thank you for your understanding.
