New Listing! Remote, beautiful barn-style home

Come stay at this luxurious barn home. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath and newly furnished. This home is about 15 minutes from downtown Pagosa, very secluded with forest views. If you’re looking for lots of land and the feeling of “getting away,” this is the place for you.

Plenty of parking, large grassy fields and the surrounding forest. This is what you’ll see when you pull up. There is plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy in the summer and great snowy views to enjoy in the winter. The large barn-style garage has a half bathroom and entrance to the home. Inside, you’ll find a small area with two twin beds and a TV next to stairs that lead to the main floor. On the main floor, you’ll find the kitchen space is open to the dining area and living room with fireplace and smart TV. Step out on to a deck with a view and Lexington wood pellet BBQ. Down the hall, there’s a full bathroom and two bedrooms with full size beds, followed by the master with a king size bed.

Colorado Bliss

Stayed at the barn house during spring break and it did not disappoint. The house has a very homey feel and does not lack for anything if you’re staying multiple nights. The kitchen is fully equipped for family dinners or for us a party of 2. We spent our mornings on the back patio drinking coffee and enjoying the wild life and our nights in were in the living room by the fire. The road the house sits on leads back (about 15-20 miles) to Opal Lake Trail, great scenic drive too if you’re not hikers just keep an eye on weather conditions. The property also has lots of land to hike on if you want to stay close by! Down town Pagosa Springs is a very quick 15 min drive. If you’re looking for a quiet and scenic getaway, this is it!!
