It offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with ocean views from the back deck. Step into the open-concept living room with a cozy couch and smart tv for relaxing after a full day in the sun. You are transported out to sea as you look up at the cedar plank ceilings that carry you into the fully stocked kitchen area where you will find new stainless steel appliances and an eating counter with seating for three. Additional seating can be found at the banquette table for 6 that faces the double pane sliding door providing fresh breezes from the ocean. This slice of heaven boasts a split floorplan with two bedrooms off the kitchen and living area and another down the hall from the Dining area. The Master Suite with a Queen bed hosts a bright and roomy bathroom. The other two Queen Bedrooms share the hall bath. The back deck is a space you will love to retreat to with plenty of seating for everyone. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening beverage as you watch the waves crash, or take advantage of the fenced-in yard for some family fun! A washer and dryer are available on the ground level for your convenience. The best of Surf City's Night Life (Tortugas, The Trailer Bar and more!), Surf City Pier, seafood market, restaurants and unique shops are all within a short distance from this great house located just one mile from the heart of Surf City. There is a market directly across the street that stocks beverages, toiletries and basic kitchen items/food. The beach is just a few steps away - Get ready to enjoy!
