- No pets of any kind are permitted.
- This is a No-Smoking property. No smoking of cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping or any other smoking devices or substances are permitted at any time anywhere in the dwelling, on the patio, or in the garage. Any violation will result in eviction and additional cleaning fees and fines.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine the damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
- Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines, possible eviction, and/or legal action if the authorities are involved.
- The HOA requires additional information when occupying the home (e.g. vehicle information). We will contact you for this information once your stay is booked.
