New apartment, recently launched (January 2015) has luxury finishes and all amenities. It is in Ponta Negra 350 m from the sea, about 5 minutes walk, with partial views of the sea and close to the main restaurants and bars.
The apartment was decorated with the help of a Brazilian architect and with several Italian decorations.
The apartment has 2 air conditioning units, two 42 'smart TVs, a large fridge with two doors, a washing machine and all the appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Including an auto rotating spot, swimming pool and condominium barbecue.
Pontanegra, besides being the most famous beach in Natal, is also famous for the variety of bars, restaurants and craft shops. The place where the building is is very quiet and the building is right in front of a small public.
