About this property

Nice little 4-bedroom cabin with a living room (under construction) and a multi-use bathroom! Each bathroom has multiple toilets, sinks, and shower stalls.
Located on the Riviera Resort in Neillsville, Wisconsin.
Construction to be completed by May 15th.

The cabin sleeps up to 8 people.
Base guests are for 6 people
extra guest fees for guests 7 and 8 ($15.00 per person)

Great location for the budget traveling outdoors enthusiast. This location is a perfect spot to park your recreational vehicles and toys and to be able to just come and go. No need to cook with the Riviera Pub and Grill just feet outside your door. Volley Ball court, Horse Shoes are all available onsite!

Please read over description carefully as this is not a full home rental. These are individual rented rooms with common space hallway and shared bathrooms with his and hers stalls.

For guest safety we have a strict NO PET policy. Failure to follow this rule can lead to removal from premises due to the safety of other guests.
Boat launch available right across the street to Lake Arbutus and provides great fishing grounds for all types of fish. Ice Fishing and Summer Fishing are both possible. Some of the more common types of fish that can be caught there are:
Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Rock Bass, Striped Bass, Bluegill, Blue Catfish, Crappie, Muskellunge ,Northern Pike and Pumpkinseed.

ATV trails are right next to the resort. They are well groomed trails, and they are also marked for easy navigation. There is a place 4 miles from the resort that rents boats & 4 wheelers.

Bicycle Trails: There are many black top back roads to bike that showcase the diverse wildlife in the area.

Wineries: There are some wineries within driving distance. The Brickyard Winery is a 15 minute drive, Munson Winery is under an hour, Bemis Bluff Custom Wines is also under an hour, and there are a couple more a little over an hour.
