Not far from anywhere, it's two miles from Downtown and close to the MLK stop along the Metro rail.

With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, our property is perfect for large groups or families with older kids looking for a comfortable and private space to call their own.

Enjoy your own private deck and hot tub, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day exploring the city. The front yard features turf with seating and outdoor lights to create a welcoming and relaxing ambiance. Our property features a main house with 2 beds and 1 bath and a guest house that has 1 bed 1 bath but also contains a sofa couch which makes for a great second bed. This property will provide plenty of private spaces in each structure to allow everyone their own space for while on vacation.

The Neighborhood:
Neighborhood was established in the 1940s. With development moving east in Austin this neighbored now sits in one of the most logistically appealing areas. 15 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes to some of the best food in Austin, 5 minutes to downtown, 2 minutes to Mueller Park, and really 15 minutes to anywhere else in town, you're in a great spot to get to anywhere quickly.

Early Check-in or Late Checkout may be available upon request. Hot tub jets are not high power jets, they operate to maintain the state of the system. ie temp, chemicals, filtering, ect...
