Lower level game room, with pool table, game system and theatre room, will provide fun, family entertainment. Common pool and fitness center.

Enjoy the best mountain views and at the same time in less than a mile drive, you hit the parkway. The neighborhood itself is managed by Gatlinburg Falls, so it is well-maintained.

Best location. Roughly 3 miles to Gatlinburg downtown. 0.7 miles (less than a mile) to reach the parkway. Cannot go wrong with location.

Home Safety: Your safety is our priority with security cameras on the property, a front door motion-sensitive Ring camera, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Linens, towels provided. We provide a starter supply of body wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, dish pods, dish detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee and coffee creamer. You might need additional supplies, if staying more than a couple days.

PLEASE NOTE Signed rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. Security deposit of 300$ will be held 2 days prior to stay and released 5 days after stay if there is no damage.
Front door motion sensitive Ring camera with view of the parking and front entrance! We use camera for security during check in and check out times and if there is concern for noise or rule violation!

Cancelation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
