Heat didn’t work first night blankets where dirty had to wash before could even lay down water pressure was poor fridge leaked constantly TV’s didn’t work correctly one didn’t even have sound woke up Saturday daughter was broke out couldn’t figure out why we’ll late Saturday night seen baby roaches quite a few and my daughter is highly allergic so we had to leave out about 8 am due to daughter still broke out smh took almost 24 hrs for someone to come check heat and fridge never fixed fridge or tv’s was chips hidden under beds windows very nasty thank God I always bring my own cleaning supplies and didn’t even have enough towels and washcloths for a family of 4 said had to get own or keep washing I’m on vacation who wanted to go through all this not us was a very bad experience
