The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen size Murphy bed that doubles as a work/dining table. The living room sofa may serve as an additional sleeping area, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

Parking:
- Reserved parking is not included in this listing
- Free daytime street parking is available throughout the neighborhood on Jackson St and on Pleasant St
- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isn't enforced). Just call the city at 414-286-8300 on the day you'd like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit. Requirements:
1. Agree to our House Rules
2. Verify your identity by uploading a government-issued ID and selfie through our ID verification partner
3. Pay a $200 refundable security deposit. Deposit is payable online only and refund is issued after check-out assuming no damage, missing items, or broken House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
2. No smoking ($150 fee)
3. Quiet time after 10pm
4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
5. $75 charge for unreturned keys

Non-refundable fees: refunds for cancellations are based on the listing's cancellation policy and exclude processing fees of 3% of the total transaction cost.
