There's 2 separate large King size bedrooms, each with a sparkling en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have two twin beds, which are awesome for the kids! Please note the home is located at the Providence Golf Resort.

- Each short-term rental visitors will receive one (1) complimentary usage of pool & gym during their stay.
- Any kids under the age of 16 will be exempted from this fee and they must be accompanied by an adult.
- This fee will only apply if short-term renters decide to use HOA community pool & gym and there is no cost to use other amenities such as tennis court & playground.
- Each short-term renters will have option to pay weekly fee of $40 instead of paying the daily fee of $10 (renters will be given a color wristband for weekly rental).

• We regret to inform you that the property's dryer is currently out of order and undergoing necessary measures for replacement.

Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal (one-time fee).

Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

We're happy to deliver:
--> a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70per tank.
--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

If you have any special requests throughout your stay, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip.
