Comfortable, three bedroom antique home with adjacent carriage house located in the heart of Wellfleet Village center. This home has a bright and cheerful living room, dining room, kitchen, den and bathroom (shower only) on the main level. The second floor consists of three bedrooms (king, double, 2 twins) and one bathroom (tub with hand-held shower). The carriage house is a couple of steps from the back of the main house across the covered back deck. Here you will find a living area with a queen size bed/sofa, kitchenette, loft bedroom (queen) and full bath (shower only). HDTV/DVR and Blue Ray disc player included. The location of the house makes it a short walk to town, galleries, shops, restaurants, Wellfleet Harbor and Mayo Beach! Your well behaved dog is welcome with a pet fee. Available Off Season 3 Night Minimum with an added cleaning fee. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
