We are Joseph and Laura Sauer and we live in New Albany, IN! We have a 4yo daughter and 2 dogs that pretty much take up our world. Laura is a stay at home mom and Joseph is a Registered Nurse. When we get any free time, we love to travel and try new foods and experiences!
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because of its central location to everything, its walkability, and because we thought it was just a gorgeous neighborhood! Especially in the fall with all the leaves changing colors!
What makes this property unique
-Our home sits on half acre, which is not common for being this centrally located!
-The master with king bed and attached private bath is on its own separate floor!
-We have a fully fenced backyard with a Discovery Play Set ready to be played on!
-Large, private driveway for ample parking!
