Living Area:
Professionally designed for both style and comfort, the main living space offers an open-plan kitchen equipped with all your essentials. The kitchen island provides a focal point, allowing you to enjoy views of both the living and dining areas through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. The dining area features a table with seating for six, seamlessly flowing into the cozy living area furnished with a comfortable couch and a 75" Smart TV—an ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach.

First Bedroom (Ocean View):
Experience luxury in the master bedroom, furnished with a king-sized bed featuring high-quality memory foam and eco-friendly bed linens, complemented by breathtaking ocean views. The spacious walk-in closet ensures ample storage space for your belongings, while the master bath offers the convenience of a separate shower and tub. A 55" flat-screen Smart TV adds to the comfort of this room.

Second Bedroom:
The second bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and stunning bay/city views. Equipped with a 55" flat-screen Smart TV and ample closet space, this room also features an en suite full bathroom with a shower, making it a desirable retreat akin to the master bedroom.

Third Bedroom:
Featuring two twin-size beds, the third bedroom is equipped with a 55" flat-screen Smart TV and its own bathroom accessible from the living area, providing convenience and privacy for guests.

- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

- Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500.
