With a contemporary style decor it offers a 3 BR, 1.5 bath, small outdoor front patio, back yard with BBQ grill w/ table, chairs & fire pit. Fenced in w/carport. Quiet Neighborhood! We are family oriented & motorcycle friendly!

Amenities include Free Parking, WiFi, Fully equipped kitchen- Washer and dryer at no extra cost. Self check-in anytime after 3pm! Complimentary coffee (Keurig & coffee maker) & snacks!
Where you’ll stay: Room 1: This is the fun room with bunk beds, closet, miniature PAC-MAN arcade machine & children activities!

Room 2: This is the master bedroom features a queen sized bed, portable closet, & its own half restroom

Room 3: This is a small bedroom with a full size bed & closet it shares a hallway full bathroom.

Kitchen: fully equipped with appliances you’d find at home! Dining table with seating for four!

Bar area complemented by two bar stools.

Roku TVs installed in each bedroom & living room with access to Netflix

Living room has medium size couch and cushioned chair with open concept to kitchen! We have board games, crossword puzzles, and child books! Outside we have a bbq grill w utensils and charcoal (which is under sink)! Outdoor patio table to seat 4 in the backyard! In the front yard we have a small patio with table and chairs & toss game with beanbags! We have recently added a hammock ! The is a shared lot with another private B&B (San Angelo Route 66 Cottage), has a fence in between for privacy which is under construction!
Can be booked for up to 10-12 guests once finished remodeling!
You may see neighboring guests, but each home has its own private entrance & parking!
