About this property

Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this spacious basement apartment. Located in town for the nightlife and Weber State University. Just 30 minutes from World class ski resorts Snow Basin and Powder Mountain. 15 minutes from Hill Air Force Base and 40 minutes from SLC airport and city

The space
A basement apartment with a queen bed in bedroom, couch folds out to a queen bed. The kitchen has a fridge, hot plate, microwave and toaster oven and a small breakfast bar. Laundry room is available and SHARED with upstairs host.

Guest access
Semiprivate access to the basement by a shared side door. Laundry room is shared with the upstairs host, if needed, with notice.

Other things to note
This is a basement apartment; I live upstairs with 2 dogs, and they can be noisy and bark at times during the day. In the winter, contracted snow removal comes early afternoon, so be aware that if leaving early snow will be in the driveway. Also note that there is no oven. There is a fridge, toaster oven, microwave, electric fry pan, hot plate and crock pot are also available.

Spacious and very comfortable living area in the basement for a solo traveler or small group of 2 or 3 in a nice middle class and quiet neighborhood. Easy to go outdoors from the house in the neighborhood or to nearby hiking trails, also near plenty of places to eat, grocery store and so forth. Host is very friendly and accommodating! Lives with two dogs but expected noise/activity of animals doesn't bother me, I live with two cats back home and I slept/relaxed very easily without any disruption when I was there.
