The kitchen is located in the center of the townhome off the dining area. Make yourself some coffee or tea in the kitchen's coffee station (we provide prepackaged coffee, tea, sugars & cream to get you started!). Feeling your inner chef? You will find a rice cooker, air fryer, blender, toaster, stainless steel knives, ceramic pots/pans, & baking sheets, along with spices, salt, pepper, oil & vinegar to get you going.
The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, ceramic flat iron, first aid kit, magnifying mirror, handheld shower head, & 100% vegan & cruelty free shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. Find extra towels in the bathroom vanity.

1. Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Early/late check ins/outs are available for a fee. Please let us know and we will do the best to accommodate!
2. NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF ANY KIND! Smoking inside or outside results in immediate termination of occupancy, fees and loss of monies. Includes, but not limited to, cigars, cigarettes, hookah, vaping, and marijuana. Violations will incur 100% of the cost of the next reservation if their stay is disrupted and $175 fee PER DAY for deodorizing/SMOKE remediation service.
3. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES OF ANY KIND! This is a family community and illegal activities are not tolerated. All illegal activities will result in immediate termination of occupancy, fees and loss of monies.
4. NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND! Possessing firearms, knives, or any other weapon on property is forbidden. Law enforcement officers or other special situations require written approval before your stay. Any weapons found will be turned over to the police. Violations will result in immediate termination of occupancy, fees and loss of monies.
5. PARTIES! Parties are not allowed, no events, no commercial use. $175 fee PER DAY if caught having a party. Violations will result in immediate termination of occupancy, fees and loss of monies.
6. Guests agree to obey The City of Houston & HARRIS COUNTY noise ordinance. No loud noise (above 65 db) at any time. Quiet hours 9pm-8am with no noise of 58db. Violations will result in immediate termination of occupancy, fees and loss of monies.
7. PARKING! Two parking spots in the rear of home available under carport as well as ample street parking in front of the home. Any towing is at owner's expense.
8. PETS! Pets are welcome with prior written approval and with an extra fee. Renters assume all liabilities for pets. If pets are brought to the property and not approved or without the pet fee being paid prior to your arrival, the fee is $175 PER PET, PER NIGHT.
9. DAMAGES! Cleaning fee covers normal use only. Renter agrees to pay an additional $250 fee for excessive mess of filth, plus replacement cost for items or areas that cannot be cleaned.
10. Texas Property Code §92.108 states that Landlord may charge for: damages; deodorize & excessive cleaning; unpaid rent; late charges; pet charges ; missing or damaged furniture, electronics or other devices; Landlord's cost to access the Property if made inaccessible by Tenant; removing abandoned property; illegally parked vehicles; Attorney's fees, court fees, costs of service, and other costs incurred in any legal proceeding against Tenant; rules violation fees or other items for which Tenant is responsible under this agreement; cost to restore walls, flooring, landscaping or alteration to the Property not approved in writing by Landlord; damages to the Property caused by smoking, including but not limited to stains, burns, odors, and removal of debris.
11. We engage a third party security company who has the authority to enforce any of the rule violations herein. The fee for each trip is $300.
12. Guests agree that they are not residents, but are offered short-term, transient, use in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by the hotel or innkeeper laws of Texas.
13. Renters agree to obey Local laws.
14. Guest who books must be the person who stays in the home, unless we approve otherwise in writing.
