Living area has a couch, chair and futon (sleeps 2) for seating up to 6 comfortably. 43" Smart TV in the living area is setup in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services!

Full bathroom is in the hallway next to bedrooms and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Makeup towels are available along with a hair dryer.

Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen. A starter supply of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods and toilet paper are stocked. The eating bar can seat 3 guests and the living area coffee table pulls out for additional eating space.

Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee & tea bar! Both a Keurig and 12 cup coffee maker are available. We provide a starter set of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia.

Laundry is available on site. For your convenience, laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked. An iron and ironing board are also available.

We are available if needed for guests! Guests will be provided a unique keycode for entry for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

The grill is located on the back patio, and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the basement. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.

$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.

Guests will have access to the entire home, both driveways and yard space.

Located in an established residential neighborhood. The street facing the home is well traversed. The street behind the home is quiet.

Guests do not have access to the garage. Parking is available in both driveways - access to one driveway is at the front of the home and access to the second driveway is from the back of the home. 2 cars can park in each driveway for a total of 4 cars. Free street parking is available. Overnight street parking is not available in the winter to allow for city snow plows.

Please be respectful of our home and our neighbors as many have lived in the neighborhood for many years.

- Government issued photo ID is required for booking to verify identity.
- No parties or events allowed in the home. A $500 fee will be applied to any bookings that host a party or event, and booking may be terminated immediately without refund.

- Please be respectful of neighbors; music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm and before 8am.
- Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front yard, back yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Tampering or disabling of wifi will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Please remove your shoes when in the home.
- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
