This Penthouse Style unit is located in a boutique building of 21 units in the
heart of Medano Beach. It occupies half the floor and is 4,000 square feet
with 2,800 sq ft interior and 1,200 sq ft in balcony and patio space.
The are four sleeping areas and four separate Air conditioning units. Enjoy
gorgeous ocean views from the Primary Bedroom with a King bed, 55 inch
smart TV with the huge ensuite bathroom, double closets with a safe and
primary bedroom Air conditioning thermostat.

Bedroom 2, also features an ensuite bathroom, a 55 inch smart TV, Air
Conditioning Thermostat and gorgeous City and Mountain views.
Additional features include, a Cal King bed, work station, a closest with a
safe and an attached Patio with dining table for four and two Chaise
lounges.

The middle Bedroom features a Queen bed, 65 inch smart TV with its own
Air Conditioning Thermostat and two luggage racks. There is a 3/4 quarter
bathroom outside the bedroom door.
There is a double sleeper sofa in the sitting area near the entryway and is
across from the Powder room. The Air Conditioning thermostat is in the
living room.

Upgraded WiFi is available throughout the condo and outdoor spaces,
and runs at a speed of 200 to 120 Mbps.
Additional living areas include a Living Room with 70 inch smart TV and
sound bar, a fully set up Bar with a beverage refrigerator, a fully equipped
Kitchen featuring a refrigerator with dual icemakers and a walk in Pantry/
Laundry Room.

Access to the condo is from a private elevator with a key that your host
will provide to you. No key is necessary to get from the garage to the
lobby. A lobby door code will be given to you upon your arrival. There is
handicap parking and entry into the unit that does not require stairs.

The first floor common area has a BBQ, outdoor shower, heated
(seasonally) pool, Jacuzzi, table with chairs and chaise lounges.
Catch a water Taxi from Medano beach or the Marina.
A car in not needed to get around downtown Cabo. Most places are a
10 minute walk.

Please do not throw anything off of the balconies, it will land in the unit
below or the pool.

The trash chute is located in a common area outside the back door of the
condo. Please keep the door lock to the trash chute by using the key in
the door.
