NO Excessive Music in the pool/backyard area
• NO more than 7 cars at the house at anytime, including visitor vehicles
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• NO SMOKING/vaping/e-cigarettes' inside or on the property!
• Check-in time is 3 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 11 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
** Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am 7 days a week**
**Visitors" of Reserved nightly guests, is set at a max of 6 visitors. Any "Visitor" past 11:00pm will be considered a Nightly guest and an additional $25.00 per person per night, this fee will be automatically billed with no notification to reserved guest.

Parking notes: There is free overnight parking available for up to 5 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 14 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
