Completely private entrance & self check-in - simply enter the keypad code on the gate on the right side of the house and take the private walkway to the guesthouse.

In the coastal heart of LA, you're 1 minute to the 405 freeway and 7-mins to the 110 Fwy- this is as convenient as it gets!

Private & newly remodeled Guesthouse with 2 bedrooms + spacious bathroom, brand new AC/heating system, with ALL amenities. Open concept kitchen/living room with a bar countertop and an electric fireplace. Everything you need to cook & bake is available in the kitchen, we even provide free coffee, tea, cooking spices, and water. Enjoy a private outdoor turf yard as well.

You also have a 60-inch TV with DirectTV (has HBO), and Netflix.

One bedroom has a smart TV as well.

We leave you alone, but are here if you need us during normal hours (9:00am - 5:00pm).
