This 1 bed/ 1 bath is a fully equipped apartment, located in the heart of Coconut Grove, a lush and tropical neighborhood 10-15 min from Downtown, South Beach, Wynwood, Design District, & the Airport. Free Parking is included with your stay. Great area for Biking, Walking, Sailing, and Shopping!! The condo hotel features a nice Pool & Jacuzzi and gym. Free wifi and 24/7 security.
We won't meet in person to exchange keys, but full instructions will be given the day before check-in.

This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood in a condo hotel, Going out for a morning run by the marina, it would not be rare to see peacocks walking the streets.
