20 minutes south of Searcy (Harding Univ.) 35 miles north of Little Rock where you might enjoy visiting Clinton library, river market or catching a variety of entertainment at Simmons Bank Arena. It is also 35 min. east of Conway (UCA/Hendrix colleges)

The space
All the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, a variety of coffees, gas grill, linens, toiletries, towels, hairdryers, TVs in living space and both bedrooms and much more.

As you explore our home (which we strongly encourage) Our goal is to provide you with a warm home-like atmosphere. We hope you will take time to read the stories and articles behind what/who inspired us to make this a hospitality home.

We live within 5 minutes of the property so we are easily accessible should you need anything don't hesitate to call.
Guest access
You will have access to:

-Laundry facilities (detergent, softener, dryer sheets and stain remover provided)

- Gas grill & patio

- Fully equipped kitchen (coffee, sweeteners and creamers included)

- Jacuzzi tub & walk-in shower ( shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided)

- Closets and dressers in both guest rooms.

- WiFi

NO ACCESS TO:
- Garage (personal storage area)
- Pantry in the kitchen
- Closet in office
- One of the two closets in the master bath.
Other things to note
Prior to a reservation request being accepted, we require all guests to provide a government issued ID.

You will have access to the property through a keypad on the front door.

There is a security system on site but we only set it when the property is unoccupied.

The Wifi code is provided on the note stand located on a living room side table and office desk.
