Lakeside Condo!

This condo has a balcony for grilling and impressive views of the Lake of the Ozarks- perfect for relaxing, drinking a cup of coffee or tea or a glass of wine, and taking in the sunset. Furnished with two queen beds as well as a comfortable queen sofa-bed. Easy access to shopping, golf, pool bars, and dinner on the water!
Located on the second tier allows for some privacy and quieter nights. Relax in one of the two pools or on the beach!

*Preference will be given to longer stays during peak season*
Boaters: Boat slip is available upon request. The State Park is a short drive away and offers a very nice free launch facility as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your trailer. The condo is located on mile marker 21, which is just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge, and the center-point of everything on the water!
Closest Boat Rental: Surdyke Port 20- right next door to Ledges!

-NO smoking of any kind
-NO pets- we love our fur baby too, but please leave them at home!
(Any violation of the pet or smoking policy will forfeit their deposit and be asked to vacate the premises immediately)
-Renter must be 25 years or older
-Check in: 4:00 PM Check out: 11:00 AM
-Damage deposit of $300.00 on all stays. Deposit is refunded within 10 days of departure after inspection/ cleaning of condo and return of keys and parking permits
-$50.00 fee (per permit) for non return of parking permit.
-No refund for late arrival, early departure, inclement weather.
-Quiet Hours 11:00 PM- 7:00 AM (enforced by grounds security)
-No open-flame grills are allowed. (City-Wide Osage Beach Complex Ordinance) Please use the George Foreman and be sure to clean after use!

Condo rules and regulations will be in the condo. Any violations of the rules will result in fines which will be deducted from your deposit.

Starter supplies of paper products, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags are provided. Additional supplies are not included in rental.
