This modern, light filled 2 bed, 2 bath apartment is located a half block from the center of Georgetown and the Georgetown waterfront. You can walk to everything -- shopping, restaurants, parks, museums, the Mall, the Kennedy Center and more.

This totally redone apartment features classic modern furnishings, including a Saarinen tulip table and chairs in the dining area. The apartment has three floors, with the common areas on the second floor, the master bedroom suite on the first floor and the guest bedroom and bath on the third floor overlooking the living room. The combination kitchen/dining/living room has double walls of glass windows offering a comfortable aerie to relax and unwind. The living room has classic mid-century modern furnishings, a Bang&Olufsen music system and a large flat screen TV. Relax and have drink from the bar cart before heading out to dinner or a show.

The kitchen is totally renovated with Caesar-stone counters and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a meal or a light snack and a drink.

Each bedroom has a queen bed and its own full bathroom . The master bedroom has a floating queen platform bed and a huge walk-in closet. The master bath features a glass shower and a marble dual vanity. The guest bedroom also has a queen bed and its own full bath with walk-in glass shower.

Please note that stays of three months or more do not need to pay DC lodging taxes. We love long term rentals up to 24 months.

A very nice and memorable stay

A beautiful apartment, full of light and serenity, in a unique location close to everything you may need - shops, cultural places, parks, bookshops, restaurants. The place is perfect to live in with all equipment and devices used on a daily basis.

A perfect place to stay in Georgetown

This light, bright property was kitted out with everything necessary for a great stay. It is well laid out and in a superb location. Would definitely stay here again.

Place to live during a renovation

Very nice place and very close to our home under renovation. John is fantastic and super responsive to anything needed. The condo is very well equipped and in a great spot.

Why they chose this property

While we love living in the country, it is nice to be able to have a place in the city to get a change of pace. Washington has undergone a remarkable change over the last fifteen years and offers an incredible array of things to do. We greatly enjoy coming into town and eating at one of the many great restaurants without having to drive back home afterwards. And our kids love being in the city and getting to experience all that Washington has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Its unusual to be right in the heart of Georgetown and DC in a modern apartment. The two levels of glass windows make you feel like your on top of the city.
