Guest access
We provide one garage space and ample parking on our long driveway and parking area. Please keep the main driveway clear and carpool to minimize neighborhood impact (City limits: maximum five vehicles on our property).

While most guests may drive, Sonoma County offers Uber, Lyft, and various limo and van services for transportation.

Other things to note
Three units in the property. Main house, a 1 bed 1 bath cottage and a 1 bed 1 bath barnita (main house, cottage, or barnita—is exclusively yours during your booking)

Please note that local inquiries are required before booking, and the minimum age for booking is 25 years. Parties and events are not permitted, and full identity verification is necessary.

Please adhere to Windsor's Short-term Rental Urgency Ordinance, including:

- Maximum overnight occupancy: 10
- Maximum daytime guests (8 am - 9 pm): 5
- Dedicated on-site parking spaces: 4, with on-street parking available
- Quiet hours: 9 pm to 8 am
- No outdoor amplified sound allowed
- City citations for violations (e.g., parking, noise) will be passed on to guests.
- We may request your ID before check-in and conduct a property tour. Self check-in may not be available after 11 PM.
- Outdoor security cameras are in place.
- Disconnecting or tampering with WiFi devices will result in termination of the rental contract.
