Great location - well maintained - had a fantastic time on the rock!
Comfortable and well located
A very comfortable house, on site parking, and only a few minutes walk from downtown. Perfect for our short stay in St Johns.
Glad you enjoyed your stay.
Great location for exploring downtown. Nice kitchen, good internet and comfortable beds. Enjoyed our stay.
Great location, well equipped kitchen
This place was in a handy location for visint St John's.
It is close to downtown and walking distance to many sites.
This was our first visit to St John's. Convenient to go out in day, come home to rest and go out in the evening again.
Unit is clean and tidy. Kitchen is well equipped.
Great to have laundry on site.
Owner is easy to contact and helpful..
Great stay, great house, great location
Richard was a great host and this property had everything we needed. Close to town, parking right out front, and extremely comfortable beds. Definitely where we'd stay again if we return to St. John's. Get some fresh local seafood at the Fish Depot 3 blocks away and cook your own amazing meal.
First Trip To Newfoundland
The house has a lived-in look and feel. Several things needing fixing (kitchen chairs are saggy and uncomfortable; living room chair broken; loose tap fixtures; curtain rod fell off) but not bad enough to hinder our stay.
The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was clean. The location was perfect; within walking distance to downtown (which we walked several times). The garage was a plus; it allowed us to plug in our electric vehicle and let it charge for the day and night while we explored the city.
