Waterfront Home for Tickfaw 200 - Can sleep up to 12 w/ RV. Saltwater Pool

Listed just in time for the Tickfaw 200! Just a 3 minute boat idle to reach the Tickfaw River. Located about 20 minutes to headquarters at Blood River Landing. Need more room? We also have a Class C motor home in backyard that can sleep 4. (See RV details below). The main house has 4 large bedrooms, each with a queen bed. We have 2 full & 2 half baths. There's a game room with slot machine, pinball, 20+ Game Pac-Man machine & skeet ball. There's a kitchen, dining & living room. Lots of parking for cars & trailers. Over 135 ft of bulkhead for parking boats on the water. The outside area is a beautiful entertainment area with lots of seating & propane grill. TV & audio entertainment on back porch and a saltwater pool! Available by request is an RV that has a queen bed & a loft area for sleeping. The RV has a shower, toilet & sink. There's a kitchen area & outside TV.
