This charming home, located in the Eagle Point Community presents first-class fusion for comfort and convenience. The house provides ample accommodations for families of all sizes. Whip up your favorite meals in our fully stocked kitchen. The modern kitchen provides stainless steel appliances and generous counter space for you to create amazing meals while making a myriad of memories with your family and friends. You have full use of all the small appliances (toaster, air fryer, bread machine, mixer, instapot, crockpot, etc.) Our home is detailed with large windows, vaulted ceilings, and wood & tile flooring. The open-concept layout serves as the perfect place to both relax and entertain. Sit back on the plush oversized sofa and settle in for movie night with the smart TV. You have access to our streaming accounts to watch your beloved shows. (If the weather is chilly, feel free to use the living room fireplace.) There are three spacious bedrooms that provide a blissful night's sleep. Two of the bedrooms offer adjustable beds to retreat to after an enjoyable day of exploring or adventures. The third bedroom is a fun entertainment center that offer a 2-person futon for sleeping. Our private patio allows you to relax and enjoy our ½ acre fully fenced backyard and gazebo with mosquito netting curtains. We permit our guests usage of our pellet grill and outside fire pit. The firewood is an extra charge. More perks include use of our washer/dryer, free high-speed Wi-Fi, office area with printer, agility dog course, and our outside dog washing station. We do not charge extra for your dog. If you bring a dog during your visit, the nightly pet fee is already calculated in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets.

Security camera out front and back. Please be mindful of our wonderful neighbors and friends. They have pets that you may hear during your stay. The firewood, bikes, golf cart, and kayak are not included with your stay. If you wish to use them. You need to make arrangements with me prior to your arrival. These items are an additional cost. If it is discovered these items where used without permission or purchasing, you will receive a one-star review and I will report it to the platform as theft.
