If you hunt:
* 37 private acres with some trails, 2 stands, and 1 blind on a small food plot.
* Sumter National Forrest is walking distance, just across the road. Due to no good parking spots, it is rarely used or hunted.
* Nearby hunting club: Phoenix Sports Club with 3,800 acres

Great place in the country.

The Private Lodge was nicer than I hoped/expected. Everything appeared new or nearly new and was spotless. If I pass through the area in the future, I will try to stay there again.
