New apartment in the countryside of Rovinj, surrounded by greenery in the middle of century-old olive grove. The apartment its located 7km from Rovinj and beautiful Bale-Valle, 1km from the sea ( Veštar ) and 3km from the ornitological reserve Palud and beach Cisterna with the old Roman Cistern. Half hour from Pula and airport, half half hour by car from Porec. The location its very quiet ideal for relaxing holidays and for peoplw who love the nature, walks and drive bicycle around our beautiful place. The apartment has everithing you will need during your stay, except for the interior space you will have a nice outside kitchen and a 2hectares garden.

We maintain olive groves and produce vegetables for our own needs, we love our peaceful environment and our animals. When the weather is nice, we like to grill outside, and we would be very happy to offer all of that to you;our guests, so you can have an unforgettable relaxing vacation.

What makes this property unique

Nice, full new apartment in very quiet zone, surrounded by centuries old oliva trees, fields and animals, 10-15min by walk from the Vestar bay; a beautiful bay close to camp Vestar where you can take a pizza, icecream, rent a boat, canoe , jet sky…. and in 2,3minute explore the wild vestar island that is located close to the bay
