The entire house is for your use so you can come and go as you please. This means you can be self sufficient and have your own private space.

You will receive 2 door keys on arrival. Free covered parking for 1 car and free visitor parking for additional cars.

- 2. Sorry! THIS LISTING IS UNSUITABLE FOR UNDER 21 UNLESS ON A FAMILY TRIP.
- 3. Please keep Noise to a respectful minimum after 10PM.
- 4. Please Wash your Dishes (Dishwasher available) and put them away before checkout.
- 5. Ensure you lock the front door and windows when you leave the apartment.
- 6. For Insurance and safety purposes, NO outside/unregistered guests into the apartment.
- 7. NO smoking or vaping inside the apartment including on the balcony.
- 8. 24 HOUR CHECK IN AVAILABLE. $100 check in fee applies for the following times to cover cost of extra cleaning staff (subject to availability): Late check in: a fee of $100 applies for check ins after 7PM. The extra $100 fee will be added to your reservation separately anytime before your arrival.
- 9. LATE CHECK OUT: a late check out fee of $60 applies for check outs between 10AM - 1PM.Subject to availability
- 10. Need a port-a-cot/high chair/Stroller? No problem, we can provide any or all at a small $30 fee (each). Please advise asap - subject to availability.
- 12. A $100 fee will apply if you lose the front door key.
