About this property

Luxury Garden Flat

Our two-bedroom garden apartment is situated in the idyllic Victorian conservation area of West Kensington and Barons court in London.

Located on the lower ground floor, the flat can comfortably accommodate up to four people.

The property features a contemporary living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms one with a smart shower and the other with a jacuzzi tub, a separate office/study, separate laundry area, fully equipped kitchen and bar area and an outdoor southern facing terrace/patio with BBQ.

Our property comes with a master bedroom and a special rainbow themed bedroom that can be customised to sleep 1 or 2 people. The 2 person configuration becomes a large super King bed. We also have a travel cot that can be set up in this bedroom with the bed as a single.

The house benefits from two full bathrooms as well as a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, breakfast bar and integrated fridge freezer.

The living room comes with a large chaise sofa, OLED TV with BOSE sound bar and each bedroom has it's own TV all with a fully loaded package of Virgin TV including Sky Sports, TNT sports and Movies. The house is set up with super fast 1GB broadband.

There is a separate washer and dryer in the property as well as a dedicated office area with adjustable desk, additional monitor and printer as well as an ergonomic chair.

There is also a private garden/patio with a full sized BBQ with outdoor dining table/chairs and sun loungers to enjoy those sunny days.

Have that hotel feel with the property being professionally cleaned between stays with fresh linen, towels and toiletries provided. We can also arrange for additional cleans to be done during your stay.

Why they chose this property

The property benefits from being close to not one but two underground stations. West Kensington (district line) which is a 2 min walk and Barons Court (Piccadilly line) which is a 6 min walk. You can take the train straight from Heathrow to Barons Court. The property is on the boarder of zone 1/zone 2 so all the major London attractions are easily accessible from the property

What makes this property unique

We are one of very few properties that has a garden in the area, which makes it really unique. We have a large kitchen/diner area with high ceilings which is representative of Victorian properties. Our property has a jacuzzi hot tub as well as a dedicated office room and a separate washer and dryer.
