Welcome to our Barefoot Resort Condo in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Situated on the 13th hole of the renowned Greg Norman Golf Course. Drive to the beach, or any dining establishment you can think of, activities for you and your whole family and night life!
Enjoy many resort amenities! Such as, FREE Beach Shuttle, our marina where you can rent a boat, dine at several restaurants throughout, relax in the pool, play at the pickleball and sand volleyball courts or relax at the picnic tables with the grill.
The master bedroom awaits with a luxurious king-sized bed and generous closet space, perfect for storing your golf clubs and bags. It also features an en suite full bathroom for your convenience.
The second bedroom is ideal for accommodating single adults or children with its two twin beds, and it shares a full bathroom with the rest of the space.
For added convenience, you'll find a stackable washer and dryer tucked away in the hallway, along with complimentary laundry soap for your use throughout your stay.
We've designed our space to ensure your comfort and convenience, making it the perfect home away from home for your visit. We can't wait to host you!
Our guests will have full access to the condo. Washer and dryer in unit are available for use!
The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys just arrive at the front door! We are real people with real jobs just like you!
The red tape:

- Open parking with parking passes supplied in unit
- No pets. Pets caught on property will result in a $500 fine.
- We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more.
- We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.
- No late check-out or early check-in without 24 hrs prior written consent. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.
- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
- This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $1000. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
House Rules
1) Both smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
2) If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash found within the home, we will be collecting a minimum of $1000 fee.
3) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave.
4) Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
5) Per HOA no parking of Golf Carts are allowed on property.
6) Please rinse sand off feet before entering the property.
7) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 4 people.
8) Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property.
9) No persons under the age of 18 are allowed to stay in the property.
10) Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.
11) No eating or drinking in the bedroom.
12) Turn off any electronics/lights when you leave the house.
13) A late checkout fee of $50 will be applied to anyone that leaves the property at 10:00am or later on the day of checkout.
14) STORMS: • If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: i. The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and/or ii. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest. iii. The day the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” area, we will refund: 1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; 2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled during the "Hurricane Warning"; and 3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
15) All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities.
16) Pets are NOT allowed. You will be charged a $500 fee if you bring a pet.
