Perfect Graduation spot

The house was very clean and cozy. From never experiencing humidity the house was nice and cool, had all the amenities my guests and I needed, and was the perfect little area. My guest and I had the best time celebrating my UK Grad!

Volleyball Weekend

Four mommas and four teenage girls stayed in this property for a weekend volleyball tournament, and it was perfect for us! The adults stayed upstairs, and the girls stayed in the basement! We all had plenty of room, and enjoyed our stay there very much! It was close to everywhere we needed to be! We will definitely remember this property for our next Lexington weekend!

Close to downtown

Stayed here with family for an event downtown, very close. House had plenty of space for our large group. House is older and could use some updates in the kitchen and bathrooms but otherwise had a good stay.
